In December 2022, the Foundation held a community exploration session. The meeting was a great success! From that meeting the Foundation has formed subcommittees with the following tasks:
- Create a one-panel brochure for distribution explaining our mission.
- Develop a contact list for all the tennis clubs in Bucks County. Have a meeting with those clubs to create a county-wide partnership with the Foundation.
- Work on our tasks and objectives for our summer event with Philly Kidz. This is a big one.
- Develop a format for a “Meet & Greet” event later this year to introduce more of the community to our organization.
