Why Tennis? According to the United States Tennis Association, tennis has proven benefits for young players beyond physical activity. Tennis promotes teamwork, builds social skills and sportsmanship, improves coordination, agility, and balance, helps develop strategic thinking and problem-solving, and builds self-confidence.

A Winning Night on the Court: “Night at the Net” Raises $21K for Local Youth
