Meet the Board

The Mullaney Tennis Foundation is run by these amazing individuals, who share a passion for tennis and a desire to improve the lives of children through tennis.

Karen Mullaney

Chairperson

Karen has had a history of working with volunteers. She served as Director of Volunteers with Telespond Senior Services, a non-profit agency providing services for homebound elderly residents of Lackawanna County, PA. In May, 1982, she was named Northeast Woman by The Scranton Times. She then managed the Doylestown Tennis Club with her husband, Ed, for 38 years until his death in 2020. Now serving on the board of the Mullaney Tennis Foundation, she is committed to helping youth of Bucks/Montgomery counties and beyond.

Lisbet Christiansen

Vice-Chairperson

A Bucks County resident since 1999, Lisbet was born and raised in Denmark. She is a graduate of Copenhagen Business School and spent five years working for Simon Spies Fonden, a Danish-based foundation which supports large institutions and activities in science, art, culture, sports and social and humanitarian purposes. Lisbet is the Founder of the Central Bucks East High School Knitting Club and volunteered for the Boys Tennis Team. She and her husband Soren have been active members of The Doylestown Tennis Club since 2000.

Lisa Morrash

Secretary/Treasurer

As a former special education teacher for over 20 years, and a current certified counselor working with the youth, Lisa brings a passion for children in the form of advocating for their well-being and desire to increase positive protective factors. She has graduate-level degrees in both education and school guidance and mental health counseling through the University of Pennsylvania & Holy Family University. Lisa also serves as an education liaison for the Network of Victims Assistance (NOVA) of Bucks County and has served as secretary of her parish council board.

Donna McQuillen

Donna has spent the last 41 years in the Employee Health & Benefits Industry. Most recently she served as Client Leader in the Large Market Division of Marsh McLennan Agency, LLC. In addition to her responsibilities as Client Leader, Donna also served as Chair of GROW (Growth in Relationships & Opportunities for Women), a companywide initiative that supports women in the workplace.
Donna has been an active volunteer in her community for over 30 years working with individuals in need. She currently serves as Board President for the Bucks County Housing Group, a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of housing, food, and related social services to homeless and food insecure families.

Brian Williams, RPh, MBA

Brian Williams, RPh, MBA graduated with a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Sciences in Philadelphia and has worked in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. Brian also has an MBA in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University. Brian has experience in health care as a hospital pharmacist as well as pharmaceutical industry experience in the areas of Sales and Marketing.
Brian also founded his own pharmaceutical consulting company, PERCIPIO Strategic Consulting, LLC., where he served as President and Managing Principal. Currently, Brian is Sr. Vice President at Herspiegel Consulting.
Brian enjoys playing tennis and is a member of Doylestown Tennis Club. Brian currently lives in Doylestown, PA with his wife, Denise, and their two daughters, Gabrielle and Madison.

Mark Klein

Mark was born in Pittsburgh but spent most of his life in the Bucks County area. He attended Central Bucks West High School. He received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, his M.Ed from Lehigh University and his J.D. from Rutgers University. Mark spent 42 years as an educator. He held the roles of elementary principal and Assistant Superintendent before serving for 11 years as Superintendent of Schools in
the Council Rock School Districts.
Mark is an avid tennis player. His roots in tennis began with the Doylestown Racket Club. He was the first teenager hired as the club opened and worked there through parts of high school and during his college years. Mark has been married for forty years to his beautiful wife, Diane. They have three children, Jessica, Cori and Drew.
