Scholarship Awarded in 2025

Kieran’s journey is one of tragedy and perseverance. Just before Christmas, his family faced an unimaginable loss—their home was burned to the ground, destroying everything they had and leaving them with nothing. Janet Dzubow, head of the USTA Gold Cup Program—a 10-week program for promising young players—brought Kieran’s situation to the attention of the Foundation. At 17, as the oldest of four children, he has shown remarkable perseverance in the face of hardship.

To help him continue pursuing his love for tennis, MSTA provided Kieran with a racket and a pair of tennis shoes after the fire. We are proud to sponsor him in the Gold Cup Program and remain committed to supporting his journey.

To our donors and volunteers, on behalf of all our scholarship recipients, thank you for your support in helping young people like Kieran.
