4 year old Thomas. His first day on court
Thomas joined the Foundation in October 2025, but his tennis journey began long before that—at just four years old, thanks to the encouragement of his Pre-K teacher. Now an eighth grader in the Pennsbury School District, Thomas has grown up on the court, developing both skill and confidence through years of training.
Since 2020, he has been a dedicated participant in the Bucks County Tennis Association’s summer program, where his enthusiasm and work ethic have stood out. This year, he took an exciting step forward by joining BCTA’s leadership program as a Student Assistant Coach, giving back to the sport by helping younger players learn and grow.
With the support of a Foundation scholarship, Thomas will now train twice a week with Chris Clayton, head coach at the Bucks County Racquet Club—a valuable opportunity as he continues to develop as a competitive athlete.
Thomas today
Outside of tennis, Thomas brings the same excitement to another passion: Go-Kart racing. His drive, both on the court and off, has earned him recognition as a USTA “Rising Star.”
Thomas is a hardworking, talented young athlete with a bright future, and we’re proud to support him as he continues his journey.
